Did Liz Sly plagiarize her article from Anne Barnard

Now this article by Liz Sly today in the Washington Post is suspiciously close in content and orientation to the article the other day by Anne Barnard in the New York Times.  Did she plagiarize from her? The answer is now but it points to the trend by both of those two correspondents: both basically draw their coverage and spin about covering Syria upon the propaganda claims and statements by Free Syrian Army.  Both of them feel compelled to just cover the spin of the FSA and for that their articles are often way too much alike. So it is not plagiarism unless you consider plagiarism to be the lazy reliance on armed groups with whom you share ideology.
